When you are in a CONNECT session, we are paying for the computers, servers, and support that make your session possible.
Our biggest expense is for the video connection so that you can see each other during your practice sessions.
We include as much as we can under your paid monthly plan. But each minute you talk has a cost associated with it.
If you are using a free plan, then someone else is helping to make that possible through their paid plan.
If we don't cover those costs, we can't provide you with this solution - simple as that.
